Today you can enjoy the fun outdoor activities:
【Banff Upper Hot Springs】
Only outdoor hot Springs in Banff National Park. (stop for about 60 minutes. Admission is not included and could be purchased onsite)
Note:
- Will be replaced by Cave & Basin if Banff hot spring not available
- Please bring the bathing suite for Banff Upper Springs if you plan to participate
- After mid-April, if visiting "Icefield Parkway, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake" instead of "Lake Louise Ski Resort", due to time constraints, we will not stop by Banff Upper Hot Springs.
【Lake Minnewanka】
A glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park, is the longest lake in the mountain parks of Canadian Rockies. (stop for about 20 minutes)
【Lake Louise Ski Resort】
One of the largest ski area in Canada over 100 ski run to fit all level needs. (* Nov-Dec & Apr stop for about 3 hours // Jan-Mar stop for about 2 hours)

- Will be replaced by leisure time at Lake Louise if not joining below optional activities.
- If Not Lake Louise Ski Resort (included gondola and tubing is not Open, will be replaced by Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake/Peyto Lake)

【Lake Louise Sightseeing Gondola (Optional)】
Take gondola to top of the mountain to enjoy wonderful view.

Tips:
* Return to Calgary and arrive around 19:30PM.
* Sightseeing points and stop time are subject to weather condition.
* If closure of any sightseeing point occurs, it will be replaced by other points.

Special Notes

    • Cancellations Policy:    
      - Cancellations made 17 days or more before departure will incur a refund of C$ 30 + GST per person;
      - Cancellations mad:e within 16 days of departure (including the day of departure) or withdrawal during the trip will result in the automatic forfeiture of all rights, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid.
      Note:
      - The above fees will be supplemented by any additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, such as credit card fees, bank transfer charges, and other related expenses.
      - In cases of reductions in party size, optional activities, meals, or additional hotel stays, cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
      - Changes to bookings depend on the availability of dates requested by the guest. The company reserves the right to accept or decline any changes.
    • Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us. 
    • We recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of an extra protection.
    • We have put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact. We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation. Any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participant. 
    • We shall not be liable for failure in the performance of its obligations for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration (either mental or physical), attributable to a fault, negligent act or omission by a provider or any employee thereof.Each agency has various regulations; it is responsible for passengers, and in case of accidental casualties or property damage, it should be resolved in accordance with the safety regulations established by various agencies, 
    • One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carryon luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.
    • Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
    • We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.
    • Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes.
    • Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada. 
    • Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
